Nutrition Consultation (2-3 athletes) - 60 minutes

  • Includes a cost-friendly group discussion where our team can answer both general and individual questions/concerns.
  • Our specialist will provide key tips and advice to improve health & performance.
  • Our goal here is to offer as much relevant nutrition information as possible to
    the pair or trio of hockey players.
  • The consultation can cover important areas such as game preparation, off-season development and post-training recovery as well as many other topics.
  • Parents are welcome to join.


Nutrition Consultations (2x) and Personalized Meal Plan (1x) - (1 Athlete)

  • Includes two consultations of approximately 60 minutes focusing on gathering as much information as possible on the athlete’s needs in order to tailor-make the meal plan.
  • In the process, we take into account age, level, lifestyle, allergies, intolerances, likes/dislikes, energy expenditure, etc.
  • This is a great option right before the off-season so that you can be prepared
    to crush your goals over the summer and show up to camp in tip-top shape!
  • Parents are welcome to join.


Team Presentation (10+ Athletes & Coaches/Parents) - 75 minutes

  • If your team is looking to gain an edge over their opponents and if you believe that your team can benefit from incorporating better eating habits and knowledge on pre/post-game meals, recovery, and more, this is a great way to have our specialist come to you and interact directly with the players.
  • A presentation discussing healthy eating, supplements, sleep, and the importance of nutrition for an athlete at any level.
  • Online/virtual presentations can also be organized, if preferred.
